A passionate persevering, empathetic, hard working, customer driven young lady Shirnelle Eusebe, I am majoring in tourism and hospitality in the faculty of arts and science.
I endorse this statement by the great father of independence in 1980 by Mahatma Gandhi “A customer is the most important person on the premises, through the telephone and visitor to our website, in the technology world. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.”
